A release went in last Friday that includes two updates that should be of help to everyone. The first of these addresses the situation where Mom or Dad registered themselves instead of little Billy or Sally for a Program. There is now a drop down that lets you easily change the registrant from one family Member to another.
The second change is a more subtle one around providing more information about a Program and its’ current state.
1. Change registrant to other household/family member.
Go to the Roster tab, click on Change to put it into Edit Mode and then click Edit on the appropriate row:
2. Descriptive alerts are now in place on both the Program Registration and Program Detail page that call out important statuses like Program Full, Online Registration Ended etc.
