All credit card processing is done via our partnership with PayPal over a secure channel (SSL) and we do not store sensitive information such as social security or credit card numbers. Our database and application servers have the latest security software installed and are housed in secure facilities. RecDesk servers are monitored 24/7 to ensure highest level of uptime to you, our customers. We take data privacy very seriously and do not share or disseminate any personally identifiable information about our customers or their members.

RecDesk is a subscription based service. Organizations pay a single annual subscription fee based on the population of the community they serve. There are no start-up costs and no ongoing maintenance fees.
