When Knoxville’s Parks and Recreation Department needed a new solution, Deputy Director Aaron Browning went in search of simple-to-use software.
Though familiar, their past provider – pen and paper – wasn’t a viable option. With their current provider pushing them onto an acquired solution that created more issues than it solved, Browning set out to solve their predicament with something new.
As he sought out options, one name kept cropping up: RecDesk. From their friendly and consistent presence at tradeshows to the praise of local departments and agencies, evidence for a perfect partnership was starting to emerge. So, Browning and his team took the leap.
