Founder & CEO

Middletown, CT | Mike has 30+ years of experience in enterprise software development, business and operations. He enjoys playing pick-up basketball, hiking and coaching his son Ryan’s Special Olympics team. Mike also owns a lot of lawnmowers.

Lisa Barlow

Customer Success Manager

Georgia | Lisa has worked in the recreation field in a variety of roles for over 10 years before joining the recreation software industry in 2012. She enjoys traveling, food of all kinds, and singing karaoke.

Tim Bracken

Account Executive

Ridgewood, NJ | Tim has been with RecDesk for 2 years and has 8 years of experience in the recreation software industry along with over 20 years in software sales. Tim also bartends on the side, coaches lacrosse, and loves to visit craft breweries in his spare time.

Jason Clark

Account Executive

Columbus, OH | Jason has worked in sales and operations for over 11 years in a variety of industries. He enjoys hiking and had the opportunity to hike in Waimea Canyon where Jurassic Park was filmed.

Middletown, CT | Sherri has a Master Degree in Public Policy, 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager at RecDesk, and 10 years of experience as a college instructor. She loves to go to the beach and feeding seagulls.

Cincinnati, OH | Andrew is a recreation professional with over 10 years of experience and is also a holder of his CPRP. He is the proud pet-father to a happy little dog named, Taco.

Raleigh, NC | Chrisi is a sales executive with over 14 years of experience in sales and 7 of those years in parks and recreation. She was a parks and rec kid: her Dad was a single parent and the local parks raised her.

Samantha Mancino

Customer Success Manager

Zionsville, IN | Sam has experience in both recreation and healthcare along as well as a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. She loves Florida Gator Football.

Nicholas Moon

West Chester, PA | With 6 years of experience in the field of recreation and a background in programming, he transitioned to RecDesk wanting to combine his interests. He spends his summers traveling and playing ultimate frisbee.

San Diego, CA | Mitch graduated from the University of Arkansas and worked at the university gym. He has worked with RecDesk for over 5 years helping communities expand their recreational offerings and outreach. He likes to be outdoors and takes every opportunity to go hiking, camping, to the beach or to the mountains.

Middletown, CT | Maureen has over 10 years of experience in IT on financial systems with some teaching experience. She loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her daughters and their pets.
