We rolled out an enhancement this weekend that allows you to add Program Notes and Facility Notes to their respective Program or Facility. Notes complement the existing Description field and are a good place to capture special requirements, restrictions or anything else that should be emphasized to a parent and/or registrant that is not part of the actual Description of the Program or Facility.
The other quality of Notes is that they can optionally be printed on the Payment Receipt to provide additional instructions to persons who have just registered for a Program or reserved a Facility. This can be done by checking the Include Notes on Receipt checkbox for the given Program or Facility.
