RecDesk Update – Lead Time specification for Online Reservations

We rolled out a release this weekend that gives organizations the ability to specify a lead time for online reservations. This ensures that you have enough time to properly evaluate reservation requests as well as have time to prepare and plan the facility for use. In the example below, the lead time is set to 10 which means the public will only be able to make online reservations for the Activity Center up to 10 days prior to their requested date.
