We just pushed in a release over the weekend that adds two new very useful form components to our RecDesk FlexForms offering. They are the Document and Signature widgets. Our goal with RecDesk FlexForms is to allow your organization to eliminate paper-based forms from the whole process – these two new widgets move the dial a bit further in that direction – enjoy 😉
*NEW* Document Widget – Drop a Document widget onto your FlexForm to allow the registrant/customer to attach a document (or documents) such as Insurance Waivers, Utility Bills for Proof of Residency etc as they are going through the checkout process. If they are registering from a mobile device they can either choose an existing photo/document or snap a photo right then and there.
*NEW* Signature Widget – The Signature widget allows for the capture of an actual electronic signature that the registrant signs with their finger or stylus on touch screen or mobile devices or with a mouse on non-touch screen devices.
