Director Release – Improved Reservation Searching and Filtering

We rolled out a release early this morning that our heavy facility scheduling and reservation customers will absolutely love! You can now easily search for (filter) reservations by Member (person reserving), Date Range,  Facility or Reservation Number. The Reservation Search page also shows all the details of the reservation by clicking on the Show Details button. This will make it much easier than trying to find them on the calendar itself.

Director Release – Jump to Facility, Program Expense Reporting and Inline Refunds

We just pushed out a release that includes the following updates:
  • Jump-to-Facility – You can now easily navigate to any Facility’s calendar from both the Master Calendar and individual Facility Usage calendars.

Director Release – Program Expense Tracking (Profit and Loss) and minor enhancements

We pushed out a release last night that includes enhancements to track expenses at the Program level to allow for more comprehensive Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting for all Activities and Programs. Using General Ledger (GL) Account Codes in RecDesk

RecDesk allows you to associate your Programs, Memberships, Facility Reservations and General payment receipts with a General Ledger Account (GL) number and then Report off of that. The first thing that needs to be done to implement this is to set up your various GL Accounts by going to the Admin tab and selecting Manage Custom Lists. From this screen you can Create, Edit and Delete GL Accounts. A screen shot is shown below.
